In this Section 2 Reports are available SMS Reports, Financial Reports.
SMS Reports
It Contains 7 Fields: Account, Direction, Report, Campaign Detail, Delivery Status, Date From, Date To Generate SMS Reports.
- Select All Client or a particular Client in Account
- Select Inbound or Outbound in Direction, if you are select outbound then 2 more fields are open which is Campaign Detail, Delivery Status
- Select Totals or Details in Report
- Select Dates
- Click, ‘Search’.
- After Generate Report all SMS Message Reports will also download with a single click
Financial Reports
It contains 5 Fields: Report Type, Clients, Report, Date From, Date To Generate Financial Reports.
- Select Credit or Keyword in Report Type
- Select All Client or a particular Client in Clients
- Select Totals or Details in Report
- Select Dates
- Click, ‘Report’.
